CASA of Monterey County

Imagine making a difference in the life of an abused child.
An important element to the success of working with a child as a CASA volunteer is the knowledge of what resources are available locally. Community programs, educational offerings, and activities can enhance the experience for the volunteer and the child. Advocates can be instrumental in connecting a child with a program that encourages a talent, interest, or ability, or with a program that addresses a specific need.
Equally important, CASA of Monterey County supports our advocates through education and enrichment opportunities; making them better advocates for the children. This page details out some of the options and resources available to both the child and the advocate.
We are always adding to this page and welcome suggestions or new information. To submit a new activity, resource, or learning opportunity, please contact our Training Coordinator.
